Catch-all Emails in Website Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a website hosting account, you will be able to enable the catch-all functionality for any e-mailbox that you create under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel offers quite a few features, but it’s unbelievably simple to use, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes only one single click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be enumerated in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll only need to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the particular email address. Our system will inform you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as simple and takes one more click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be activated with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domain names hosted in your account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you will find a tiny symbol conveniently situated right next to each one. With only a single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option through the menu that will show up. If any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not met, our system will let you know, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
